When I joined Orgis IT, we were young and inexperienced programmers, fearless in our endeavors. After a few years working on various projects, we're still young, and the only thing we fear is a typo in the code that might make its way to the production server. Thanks to Orgis, I've had the opportunity to work on both small and large projects. I've gotten to see behind the scenes of major e-shops and helped find solutions for our clients. Finding ways to make the system more user-friendly for our customers can sometimes be quite challenging. However, when you present changes that save people hundreds of unnecessary clicks daily, seeing their dropped jaws and enthusiasm makes it all worthwhile.

Orgis IT is a great team of people, where colleagues also become friends. We go to the movies, have picnics, and enjoy breakfasts together. We do work that excites us, and everyone here has the opportunity to influence the company's operations and their own personal growth.

Many people imagine a programmer as a guy with thick glasses hunched over a keyboard in the safe isolation of an office cubicle. However, such a stereotype would be hard to find in most of today's young companies – and Orgis IT is no exception. Years ago, I didn't join a "corporate" environment, but became a member of a team that, unlike the aforementioned traditional perceptions, utilizes intensive communication and works in an open space. This approach allows us to build our product very efficiently. At Orgis IT, we don't stubbornly cling to outdated methods and technologies. Instead, we keep up with the times and use the most modern tools for both the software itself and for team work and communication. Moreover, I have the opportunity to collaborate on large international projects with a wide variety of job content. When solving projects, I am not constrained by corporate rules and always have the opportunity to come up with my own ideas and solution proposals.
