💼 What will you do
  • Analyze processes and design solutions - you will actively participate in process analysis and functional requirements design.
  • Model architecture - you will be responsible for modeling application architecture and working with Enterprise Architect (EA).
  • Communicate across the company - you will become a bridge between business stakeholders, technical architects, and developers. You will capture and communicate requirements in a structured way across the entire organization.
  • Work with modern systems - you will participate in the design of distributed systems and modern cloud solutions.
🗝️ What is essential for the role
  • Practical experience with business and IT analysis, advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML (Use Case, Activity, Sequence diagrams).
  • Practical experience with TOGAF and ArchiMate frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud principles (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the inner workings of cloud-native applications.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Ability to design distributed systems and a strong understanding of data models, including practical knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with agile development (product and sprint backlog creation).
🙌 It will be an advantage if you have
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture, integration platforms, and API communication (REST API, GraphQL), as well as knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • TOGAF certification or analytical certifications (CBAP, BABOK, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
  • Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Miro.
  • Overview of security requirements (NIS2, DORA) and GDPR.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, telco, or energy sectors.
  • Overview of data quality, governance, and master data management.

  • Ability to negotiate effectively and find compromises between business and IT sides.

  • Ability to critically evaluate requirements and seek optimal solutions.
