Who is BTL
BTL is a significant global manufacturer of medical technology. The company produces equipment for physiotherapy, cardiology, aesthetic medicine, and other medical fields, delivering to more than 80 countries across five continents.
The First Task? Launching the CRM System
BTL first approached us for assistance in implementing a CRM system for their sales branches.
From the beginning of the project, we conducted:

In the following project, we custom-tailored the Service, Accounting, Warehousing, Calendar, and Activities modules for BTL. We migrated the modules and the CRM system to Odoo version 12 and also performed refactoring and optimization of the old code.

  • Implementing data structures according to the requirements of individual branches.
  • Customizing product variants to accommodate different procedural and legislative accounting requirements of various regions.
  • Modifying the translation process throughout the entire system.
  • Creating specific views and bulk actions.
